Crestmont Investments is a New York–based private investment and advisory firm focused on strategic investments, capital formation, and special situations across energy, healthcare, and real assets. We partner with select management teams and investors on transactions that create long-term value while supporting businesses focused on a cleaner, safer, and healthier world.
We invest in companies with cleared products, paying customers, and demonstrable revenue — not unproven technology. Our portfolio targets growth-stage businesses where capital accelerates a proven model rather than funding scientific risk.
A handful of opportunities per year, each underwritten with operator-level diligence. We co-invest alongside management and sit close to the business — board seats, quarterly cadence, and operational support throughout the hold.
Single-asset SPVs and dedicated holding vehicles give our investors direct exposure to specific opportunities with no commingling, no cross-collateralization, and full transparency on terms, fees, and downside protection.
Every position is underwritten to a specific exit thesis — strategic sale, recapitalization, or going-public event — with timelines, multiples, and counterparties identified at entry. Discipline at the start makes outcomes at the end.
Investments and advisory across upstream, midstream, and downstream energy, with growing attention to power, storage, and the energy transition. We back operators with deep technical expertise and disciplined capital allocation in cyclical markets.
Commercial-stage healthcare services, medical devices, and life-sciences companies with established clinical or commercial traction. We target businesses where capital and operating support accelerate a proven model rather than fund early-stage scientific risk.
Real estate, infrastructure, and natural-resource opportunities with durable cash flows and identifiable value-creation paths. We participate where pricing dislocations, capital scarcity, or operator partnerships create asymmetric entry points.
