Our 6-week workshop focuses on preparing issuers to present their company and offering to sophisticated private investors.
Session I
Our first session begins with a review of the expected content to be conveyed to family office investors. This includes a review of current presentation materials and investment offering materials.
Session II
Our second session is focused on refining the company message and investment thesis - the “pitch”. In this session, we are working together to develop the 1-3 sentence explanation of what the company does and WHY and investor should care.
Session III
In our third session, we will review draft presentation materials: company presentation, financial model, executive summary. The goal of this session is to lay out a first draft of the materials needed to present the offering to sophisticated private investors.
Session IV
In this session, we will confirm that company presentation and investment offering materials align with realistic targets, milestones and investor principal payout expectations.
Session V
In Session V, we will review valuation and start to run practice calls to hear management pitch its offering. Our objective here is to clearly refine the pitch so that management is ready to present to sophisticated family office investors.
Session VI
In our final session, we will run through a final management pitch, discuss process for identifying, contacting and presenting to family office investors, and then decide on next steps - whether that involves a capital raise engagement or referrals.
