Crestmont Energy Partners reflects a partnership between Crestmont Investments (New York, NY) and Gordian Group (New York, NY) focused on sourcing and financing the restoration of distressed oil and gas assets.

CEP focuses on opportunities generated by Crestmont and its network of oil and gas operators with a primary interest in projects that improve local lands, generate local jobs, and have the potential to reduce carbon emissions.

We represents access to a growing roster of private investors (family offices and institutions) interested in financing the restoration of legacy oil and gas assets that show potential to reduce carbon emissions.

We are primarily interested in opportunities to acquire marginal, abandoned or orphaned oil and gas assets in the Gulf Coast region of the United States.
