Since 2007, the principals, advisory board, and partners of Crestmont Investments have sourced, evaluated, and financed hundreds of direct investments across the globe. We formed CI in late 2017 to identify and arrange private co-investment opportunities with family offices and select private investors.

Compelling off-market opportunities

We specialize in identifying compelling, off-market investment opportunities, primarily sourced from our proprietary network of family offices, advisors, and visionary managers driving advancements in new energy and decarbonization. We align our interests closely with those of our investment partners and the management teams of the companies in which we invest.

Direct Structured investments

As a private equity sponsor, we make investments by raising capital from our investors and using those funds to acquire substantial equity stakes in promising companies, aiming to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. We work closely with each company’s management team, providing strategic guidance and resources to increase value before eventually exiting the investment through a sale or public offering.

Capital raising for select issuers

Through registration with Finalis Securities LLC, a FINRA-registered broker/dealer, we serve as a placement agent, presenting proprietary direct investments to our network of private investors and family offices. Finalis Securities LLC and Crestmont Investments LLC are separate and unaffiliated companies.
