Every prospective investment begins with a conversation. We start by evaluating the asset or business and discussing possibilities and objectives. Lots of notes… and lots of questions…
Internal Review
Once we have an understanding of the assets or business and the potential or proposed structure and value-creation channels, we will make a decision to propose investment terms and or an advisory relationship.
Engagement and Capital Formation
For the majority of our investment transactions, engagement means a signed letter of intent with terms or an advisory agreement. This begins our process of capital formation from our network of family offices.
